Delivery and returns

Delivery within Ukraine (Nova Poshta)

1-3 days. Charged at the carrier’s rates.

International delivery

Up to 10 working days are added to the delivery time within Ukraine. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country, weight and volume.

Returns

A return is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the item keeps its original condition, packaging and tags.

Items that cannot be returned:

garments made to individual measurements;
the items listed in the legislation of Ukraine (underwear, socks, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, gloves, jewellery and costume jewellery, as well as other personal hygiene items).

How to measure

Measure over your underwear with a soft tape measure: it should touch the body without pulling tight.

Neck — around the base, where a shirt collar sits
Chest — around the fullest part, with the tape level all the way round and passing under the arms
Waist — at the narrowest part of the torso, roughly at navel height, without holding your stomach in
Hips — around the widest part, about 20 cm below the waist
Legs — down the side, from the waistline to the floor, standing straight and barefoot
Foot — stand on a sheet of paper, mark the heel and the longest toe, then measure between the two marks

If the result falls between two sizes, take the larger one.
