1. Choose a category (Women, Men, Sale) and start browsing.
2. Then select your size from the dropdown menu on the item and click "Add to Cart". A number will appear next to the bag icon showing how many items you have in your bag.
3. When you are ready to check out, click the bag icon to open a page listing the items you have chosen.
4. Click "Continue to Checkout".
5. Enter your details and address, then click "Place order".

No, you can check out as a guest. We do strongly recommend registering an account, so that you can track your orders and view your purchase history. You will also be able to save your address and personal details, which makes future purchases even easier.

On the sign-in page, click the "Forgot password" link and we will email you instructions for resetting your password.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page with 3-D Secure confirmation: your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.

Every item is new. Our pieces come directly from brands and partner boutiques, have never been worn, and reach you with their original tags and in the manufacturer's packaging. We do not sell pre-owned items.

Yes. We work directly with brands and authorised sellers, so the authenticity of every item is guaranteed. If you have any doubts once your order arrives, write to customerservice@vdoma.store and we will look into it and refund you.

At the bottom of the home page, under "Subscribe", there is a field where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email confirming your subscription. Our subscribers are the first to hear about sales and new arrivals, and they receive promotional codes.
